He graduated in 1980 with a Doctorate in Medicine from De LaSalle University. He is a specialist in Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat. He is married and has four children. He was a missionary for Couples for Christ (a lay religious organization) assigned in the northern Philippines, Africa, and the Middle East for 23 years.

Lawrence D. Sagucio
(Vice Chairman)

He worked his way through college as a part-¬time bookkeeper in a hospital. Upon graduating from St. Louis University, Baguio City with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Accounting, he remained with the same hospital as accountant for 3 years.
